Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our gallery, click on any thumbnail to see a larger image, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'view basket' link and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of £2.50 per order and will be shown on checkout.

We use the secure facilities of PayPal for our checkout, but you do not need to be a member of PayPal to use it, you can use any of the normal credit and debit cards to make your payment.

Small Print

Orders
1. Any purchase of our products will be governed by these terms to the exclusion of any other terms.
2. All products are subject to availability.
3. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
4. The description and images on this site are shown in good faith but you should be aware that the colours of images appearing on the website are not always accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions in any price or other information without any liability.


Delivery
1. Delivery is by Royal Mail and will normally take about 7 working days but please leave up to 30 days for delivery. Any delivery date will be an estimate only. We shall not be liable for delays caused by matters outside our control.
2. Any claim based on any defect in quality or condition of the products must be notified to us within 10 days of delivery after which you will be deemed to have accepted the products.
3. Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to you at the point at which they are delivered.


Payment
1. Payment will be debited from your card once your order is dispatched.
2. We use the secure services of PayPal which enable payment by most credit and debit cards. You do not have to be a member of PayPal.
3. All prices are subject to change without prior notice to reflect any increase in the cost to us.
4. We aim to protect legitimate credit card owners from fraud and therefore will report to the necessary authorities any person attempting to use a card which they are not authorised to use.


Returning faulty goods
1. If any product that is purchased is damaged we will exchange it for a suitable replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging.


Export
1. Postage rates on the website are for the UK only. We may well be able to ship abroad, but please contact us first and we will quote a delivery price.
2. Due to it being a circumstance beyond our control, we do not accept any responsibility for shipment delays due to customs issues and/or for any excise duties levied on a consignment.


Your right to cancel
1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after the goods have been received under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000.
2. A refund of costs of goods will be paid back to you within 30 days of their return or you notification of cancellation of order whichever is latest.

1. We confirm that we will not pass on any of your information to any other company. The information we have about you will be stored on computer and your details added to our mailing list. If you do not wish us to send to you any further offers or promotional materials then please contact us.
